Chrissie said that despite ending their romantic relationship, the former couple were still living together and raising their three children together, which is reportedly still the case today in 2023.
The radio star said they had never had a fight in the past 15 years and had remained “very good friends” who “like each other a lot”.
“We still live together.” We talk all the time. “So it’s not really that much different,” Chrissie explained at the time.
She added that as a family unit, they will be “together forever.”

“We’re both very family-oriented and we’re 100 percent committed to these kids,” she continued.
“We’re a really great unit, the five of us together, so it’s a great lineup and a good scenario for all of us.”
Chrissie and carpenter Chris are parents to sons Leo and Kit and daughter Peggy.
Although the couple never married, Chrissie revealed in 2016 that her son Leo had pressured her into tying the knot.
“You’d think it would be our parents who are pressuring us, but it’s him,” she told TV Week at the time.
