All right, enough is enough. There are actors who have their creative processes to stay in character and then there’s some silly little shit. Jared Leto, you’re on a silly little shit note. In an interview with Uproxx, Morbius director Daniel Espinosa confirmed a rumor that the film’s lead actor tricked some poor crew members into wheeling him into the bathroom because his character is in chronic pain. As writer Mike Ryan says, “He used his crutches and slowly limp to get to the bathroom. But it took so long between pee breaks that a deal was made with him to get him a wheelchair so someone could wheel him there faster, and he agreed to it.”

Do you know who to negotiate with to take potty breaks? Small children. Little kids and the Boofinator himself, Jared Leto. Espinosa not only confirms the story, but defends it by saying, “Hey man, it’s people’s processes.” He goes on to say that this type of behavior in actors is more natural than we’d like to believe. “If you want a normal person who only does things that you understand, then you’re in the wrong business,” he says. “Because what’s different makes them tick.” And what makes Leto tick is pretending to limp when he goes to the bathroom and being so slow that just letting him in was a better option for everyone involved pushing around in a wheelchair that he didn’t really need. It’s still the least annoying thing with the guy.
