Beirut, October 15 (Prensa Latina) The Lebanese Hezbollah movement today attacked ten Israeli sites, neutralizing the cameras and technical equipment installed on the wall of the Al Motila settlement on the country’s southern border.

According to Al Mayadeen’s on-site correspondent Ali Mortada, the Lebanese Islamic Resistance used guided missiles, mortars and machine guns in this Sunday’s operations.

In the actions, Hezbollah fighters destroyed three Merkava tanks and a road, causing casualties in the ranks of the Israeli army.

For his part, reporter for local channel Al Manar, Ali Shoeib, reported that the resistance attacked ten iron towers built along the wall that separates Al Motila from the towns of Odaissa and Kfarkila in southern Lebanon.

As Shoeib reported on his X account, each tower had four to six surveillance cameras, all of which were disabled.

The operations that day were in response to the assassination of photographer Adham Abdullah by the Israeli organization, as well as the bomb attack that damaged a house in Shebaa yesterday and caused the death of two citizens.

The enemy army, for its part, continued to bomb border towns, targeting the outskirts of the cities of Rmeish, Ramia and Aita al-Shaab.

According to press reports, the Tel Aviv military unit asked settlers in settlements near the Lebanese border to stay in temporary shelters.

At the same time, after shelling the settlement of Shtoula, the enemy decided to isolate the border area within the occupied territories for a distance of four kilometers.

A climate of tension has prevailed on Lebanon’s southern border since October 7 last year after the Palestinian resistance launched the Al-Aqsa flood operation against Israeli occupation and genocide.
