Over 500 Kate Bush fans gathered in Sydney Park on Saturday for the annual celebration of the singer’s hit song “Wuthering Heights”.

Every July, fans around the world gather in different cities to dance and celebrate the so-called “Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever”.

Hundreds of dancers in red, flowing dresses gathered in Sydney’s inner city park on Saturday to emulate the performer’s unique choreography from her 1978 music video for Wuthering Heights.

In the haunting video, Kate dances and sings in a red dress, with the title inspired by characters from Emile Brontë’s 1847 classic of the same name.

Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever celebrates the famous song in various locations around the world and coincides with Bush’s birthday.
