The singing teacher from “Amici” says to “Verissimo”: “Children belong to those who raise them, not to those who make them”
Guest at “Verissimo”, Rudy Zerbi back to the relationship with the biological father David Mengacci: “Giorgio was my father, but I learned not to judge, not to point the finger”. The singing coach of “Amici” adds: “When you are in a tricky situation as a child, you always run after it and try to give your children something that you didn’t have before. But we all want to be even without the best dad. “To make us aware that our children love us for who we are, even if we are imperfect”.
When asked what the Found history with his birth father after years Rudy Zerbi answers: “Children belong to those who raise them and not to those who make them. But that story also taught me not to judge.” Adding to some of the attacks on social media, “It’s easy to verbally attack in these violent times, but I’ve learned that before you judge, you always have to understand what is behind what you see.”
