Emma, wife of Gaz Beadle, has proudly shown off her scar after undergoing life-saving open-heart surgery.
The 30-year-old model – who married Georgie Shore star Gaz in 2021 – took to Instagram on Monday a month after undergoing surgery to repair three holes in her heart and a valve.
She boldly showed the cut mark in a selection of shots, wearing a black jumpsuit that she zipped down to reveal her chest.
In her caption, Emma wrote: “Never be ashamed of a scar, your scars tell a story.
“They are a reminder of when life tried to break you but failed. @nakedapparel_ chiseled jumpsuit.’

Emma thanked the doctors in an Instagram post after the procedure in February.
Emma, who was born with a defect, said she is grateful to the doctors for giving her a new life to enjoy with their children Chester, five, and Primrose, three.
Sharing a photo of herself in the hospital, the mother-of-two wrote: “#HeartMonth came into this month with a healthy heart, I will never be able to thank my surgeon, doctors, nurses and everyone else involved.
“I had 2 small punctures, 1 large puncture and my Triscupid valve was repaired. They’ve given me a new life to enjoy with my babies and really don’t get the credit they deserve.
“Since this photo 2 weeks ago I have come so far, right after I took this photo I cried and threw up unable to move, my brother and mother just swapped buckets under my chin.
She continued: “On the second day I cried in pain as I tried to take deep breaths and cough, on the third day I wondered how I will ever be able to get out of bed. Here I am now, I left the house yesterday and watched the kids play outside on their bikes and I have never been happier.
‘Don’t get me wrong I’m doing jojo like you wouldn’t believe my feelings are so up and down it’s going to be a slow recovery but I’m so excited to see where I am in just a few months time.’
It comes after Gary revealed in January that one of Emma’s lungs had collapsed following surgery.

Describing the appalling health scare, Gary explained that doctors told Emma that her lungs had collapsed after the surgery initially went well.
Gary shared a photo from hospital and told followers Emma was on oxygen to “try to bring it back over the weekend”.
In his caption, he wrote: “Emma, even today [sic] The news that her lung collapsed…didn’t stop her one bit.”
“When I came in [to see her] She got up and went to the bathroom herself…which is just amazing.
He added:'[S]he just smashes it and we’re so proud.
Emma and Gary married in Cheshire in 2021 with an audience of 90.
They revealed at the time that the event was overwhelming for their children, who had lived much of their lives in the coronavirus lockdown.
Emma said OK! Magazine at the time: “The whole event was a bit overwhelming for Chester and Primrose. You’ve never been in an environment with so many adults, especially with lockdown and all.
Love: Emma (pictured with Gary) said she was grateful to the doctors because they gave her a new life to enjoy with their children Chester, five, and Primrose, three
‘They were supposed to be walking down the aisle with my man of honour, Joe, but they struggled with that, so in the end Prim was carried by my father, who gave her to Gary, and I carried Chester, who was still small, angrily, up the aisle.’
Gary claimed that they would not have wanted a wedding any other way.
He said: “We had to. Remember that for the past 18 months they have only ever known our house and their nurseries, so it’s not normal for them.
“And we’re not the kind of people who would leave them with others when they’re crying.
“If they want to comfort us, we will definitely be there. Even if we’re getting married! I always knew Emma would look amazing.
“I used to think I’d cry the first time I saw her walking down the aisle – and I would have if she’d been alone – but actually I kept wondering if Chester was okay!”
The couple have been together for five years and got engaged in 2019.
Emma celebrated her hen party in Manchester, seen in a jeweled sailor hat with the word ‘bride’ on it.
Gaz previously told his followers when the couple is expected to get married.

When asked about it, he told his Instagram followers: “July looks fine after restrictions etc.”
The wedding came after Emma first announced she was undergoing surgery after discovering she had a heart condition.
Emma took to Instagram in April 2021 and revealed the condition when asked by a follower how she manages to stay skinny while eating chocolate.
Emma replied: “I’m actually trying to gain weight but it’s pretty much impossible.
“I have a heart condition that we recently found out has a lot to do with it. I wouldn’t choose to be that skinny, I would love a butt and some curves!
Emma later said she had an angiogram but no appointment yet.
She wrote: “I am. My next appointment is a dye in my arteries. Just googled it, it’s called angiogram.
“Honestly my head is confused by all of this at the moment. But I will update when I have a date etc.
An angiogram is an X-ray procedure that evaluates blockages in the arterial system.
