How to redeem codes in Genshin Impact?
The code redemption process hasn’t changed at all, but knowing that Genshin Impact is constantly recruiting new players, we’ll go over it for those who need it. There are two different methods for this.
Via the official website
- Go to the official Genshin Impact code redemption page
- Login and select our server
- Enter the code
- Claim the reward via in-game mail
In the game
- In the pause menu we select Settings (the cogwheel)
- We go to the account section and select the option to redeem the code
- We enter the code and collect the reward by mail in the game
