Liam Payne beamed as he enjoyed a boat trip with girlfriend Kate Cassidy on Sunday during a sun-soaked holiday in Saint Tropez.

The 29-year-old singer looked more in love than ever as he was spotted chatting with influencer Kate, 24, while she showed him the screen of her phone.

The former One Direction star cut a casual figure in a blue t-shirt while brushing his long dark locks away from his face.

Meanwhile, Kate looked stunning in a white floral strapless maxi dress, leaving her long blonde tresses loose as they swept in the breeze.

The couple had apparently had a busy day when Liam grabbed two shopping bags.

This comes after Liam opened up about his mental health, revealing doctors had diagnosed him with “a few medical conditions” after spending some time at a wellness clinic in the US last year after hitting “rock bottom”.

The singer shared a candid Instagram Stories post on Thursday, saying he was having a rough day and family and friends could see he was still struggling.

Liam described “manic” moments in his life and his difficulty staying sober during “super deep” moments.

In the clip, he admitted to filming the video multiple times before deleting it before finally deciding it was the right time to share his story with fans.

Saying, “I mean, I’ve filmed a lot for graduate work over time and deleted it, but I don’t know if now is the right time.”

“I know I mentioned in my last video that I’ve been diagnosed with a few medical conditions and not to go into too much detail but one of them is that there are a lot of manic things in my life that you guys have seen.”

He continued, “But the other side of it is, and it feels like I’m losing my sobriety in those moments that were super deep and I felt that way today.”

“And it’s about isolating the two things and seeing them separately and like now I know what they are.”

Before I add, “I’m fortunate to have some great people around me who care, but I’m sure they can see that I’m ‘not really here’, too.”

He captioned the note, “I’ve shot the same video about 20 times this year at different times and was too scared to release it by talking myself out of it.”

“I come to see how fortunate I am to be in the position I am in…and I want to give each of you who are in trouble the gift I was given by sharing some of the things I have learned from specialists during my absence.”

“The first thing I did every day was check in, and it’s important not to suppress your feelings. “Feeling is one of the amazing gifts we had, and I’ve blocked things for so long that I got sick and flipped over…notice it, let it happen, and let it happen.”

Before I add, “I hope this helps.”

Liam said he hit “rock bottom” after his appearance on Logan Paul’s podcast in June 2022 and apologized for taking his anger out on everyone else.

On Saturday, he posted a video titled “I’m Back…” on his YouTube channel in which he discussed seeking professional help.

Liam thanked his six-year-old son Bear and ex-girlfriend and Bear’s mother Cheryl for supporting his decision to get well.

He added that his former bandmates Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik “stand by me” and “came to my rescue.”
