LeBron James’ eldest son, Bronny, suffered a cardiac arrest Monday while practicing at the University of Southern California.
That’s what the journalist from The Athletic Shams Charania found out.
The 18-year-old collapsed on the field and was later taken to hospital. He is now in stable condition and has been discharged from the intensive care unit.
The James family has also sent a statement to Charania.
“LeBron and Savannah would like to publicly thank the medical staff and coaches at the University of Southern California for their hard work and dedication to keeping their athletes safe,” the letter read.
“We ask that the privacy of the James family be respected and will update the media as more information becomes available.”
