She fatally shoots a woman in flagrante delicto of adultery

A 31-year-old woman has been charged with first-degree murder in Milwaukee, US, after she shot and killed the new girlfriend of her children’s father, shortly after catching her in adultery.

According to Milwaukee police, the victim is Destiny Carter, a 22-year-old woman who was shot twice in the head at 6 a.m. on September 11th.

Michelle Silas was arrested shortly after the murder.

According to court documents, she told officers, “I shot the girl upstairs.” During questioning, she told her version of events.

“I came home and he was sleeping with her,” Michelle Silas said. I looked at him and wondered how he could have done that. I was angry, I shouted at him. He started hitting me.”

“I didn’t mean to shoot her,” the mother added.

Invitation declined

The police also questioned the man. He allegedly invited Michelle Silas to bed with them. Then the man started having sex again while Michelle Silas watched.

As she shot the victim, he began biting her partner’s penis, forcing her to scream. Officers, who were already responding to another call in the area, saw “a naked man with blood between his legs” near a car.

The man was taken to hospital to be treated for a laceration to his penis.
