Their holiday in France came just weeks after Helen officially divorced her rugby player husband Richie, 16 months after their highly publicized split.
The TV star was issued a decree signaling the end of their ten-year marriage and the couple received confirmation in the mail.
Strictly star Helen announced her split from England and Leeds Rhinos rugby league star Richie last April.
Since their marriage ended, Richie has had a child with new girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill, 32, the daughter of Leeds Rhinos president Andrew.
Helen and Richie are now awaiting the issuance of a decree absolute that will legally cement the end of their ten-year marriage.
This is a legal formality once a Decree Nisi has been granted and is issued by the court since neither of the two is contesting the divorce.
News of Helen’s divorce came as she announced major changes in her life, including selling her former marital home and quitting her BBC Radio 5 Live show so she could spend more time with her children.
Also in attendance at the Attitude Awards was Amanda Holden, who co-hosted the ceremony with Alan Carr.
The 52-year-old radio host looked amazing in a little black dress with a dramatic ruffled train.
Amanda was joined by a star-studded guest list including her Heart co-star Ashley Roberts and former Girls Aloud members Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh.
The bevy of glamorous newcomers posed on the red carpet at the 12th annual event, which honors the great and good of the LGBTQ+ community.
Amanda’s thigh-length dress showed off her enviably toned pins, while she teamed the look with a pair of bejeweled strappy heels.
This year the Virgin Atlantic Attitude Awards, supported by Jaguar, will be hosted by Alan Carr and Amanda.
This is the 12th year the awards ceremony has been held to honor members of the LGBTQ+ community and the allies who support them.
The winners’ identities will remain a closely guarded secret until the big night and will be published in the next morning’s Attitude Awards issue.
In addition to honoring community members, guests can also enjoy a series of breathtaking live performances during the evening.
After the ceremony, they will dance the night away until the early hours of the morning at an exclusive afterparty for attendees.
Speaking about the announcement, Amanda said: “It has always been a dream of mine to host the Attitude Awards since I was crowned Honorary Gay in 2017 and I couldn’t think of a better person to co-host with than my dear friend Alan Carr.”
“It’s so important right now to stand together as one and embrace this wonderfully diverse world we live in and accept everyone for who they are.” I can’t wait to be surrounded by the community while I’m at handing out the gongs at this year’s ceremony.”

A charity raffle will also be held during the awards ceremony to raise money for the Attitude Magazine Foundation, which benefits LGBTQ causes.
