“This painful storytelling seems endless and must stop. “She wants to go further and upward and reclaim her life.”
Earlier Friday, TMZ reported that Manzo is suing Bravo, claiming the production spiked them with alcohol while filming in Morocco in January 2023.
While Glanville denied the allegations, he also accused Bravo in his statement of remaining silent and not uttering a “word of support.”
In her lawsuit, she claimed that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum kissed her without consent and even “pressed her vagina against her back.”
She alleged in her lawsuit that Glanville forced himself on her and kissed her without consent.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Glanville “pressed her vagina against her back” and “continued to mount Manzo on the couch, pinning Manzo down with her body, forcibly squeezing Manzo's cheeks and sticking her tongue in Manzo's mouth while she she fucked.” .'
The documents state: “The defendants, including Bravo, regularly ply Real Housewives cast members with alcohol, causing them to become highly intoxicated, and then instructing, encouraging, and/or allowing them to sexually harass other cast members , because it’s good for the ratings.”
“Caroline Manzo is a victim of these harmful actions,” it continued.
In documents obtained by The Daily Beast, the lawsuit says the incident occurred on Jan. 24 as Manzo and her comrades watched a snake handler perform at a bar.
“Obviously intoxicated, Glanville walked up to Manzo, spread Manzo’s legs and leaned on Manzo,” the lawsuit says about the incident. “…Glanville kissed Manzo with his mouth closed.” Glanville then kissed Manzo again. Manzo felt very uncomfortable. Glanville then sat Manzo down on the couch, pinned Manzo down with her body, forcibly squeezed Manzo's cheeks, and stuck her tongue into Manzo's mouth while she fucked her.
Manzo was “disturbed, frightened and confused” and retreated to the bathroom to calm himself, the lawsuit said. She suffered sexual assault as a child.
Manzo says she returned to the United States a few days later and was filmed by production going to the airport with the crew, hoping to drum up “more drama” to boost her ratings.
“As Manzo stood at the sink washing his hands, Glanville entered the bathroom and stood behind Manzo, pressed her vagina against Manzo's buttocks, her breasts against Manzo's back, wrapped her long arms around Manzo, held her forcibly and began to press her “Washing hands, with Manzo's hands entwined,” the suit added.
“Immediately, Manzo tried to leave the restroom.” The bathroom door was locked. Glanville pushed Manzo's body against the door. Glanville pressed her breasts and vagina against Manzo…. Glanville then reached around Manzo's body and forcibly groped, grabbed and fondled Manzo's vagina and breasts. At the same time, Glanville pressed her face into Manzo's neck to kiss her. From the bathroom, Manzo shouted, “HELP, HELP, HELP, HELP,” but no one ever came.
Manzo was eventually able to back out, but discovered that the production team continued filming instead of helping her.
The lawsuit says production continued filming [her] “All the while, even though she was in distress because of the sexual assault.” Two production staff told her that Glanville was simply “showing love.”
Manzo was shaken by the incident and no longer wanted to take part in the filming, the lawsuit says.
She ended up finishing off a day at the spa with her fellow actors and struggled to concentrate on a meal she was supposed to prepare that evening, the lawsuit continues.
“Manzo felt overwhelmed and wanted to address the situation regarding Glanville so that everyone could move forward,” the lawsuit continues.
“Housewives of Atlanta Phaedra Parks and Eva Marcille began interrogating Manzo, which caused Manzo great discomfort.” “Manzo was unable to cook due to her emotional distress, which was compounded by Phaedra and Eva's hostility,” said it.
Glanville previously said she did nothing wrong and insisted she was innocent
The incidents were eventually woven into the story, and Manzo was “disgusted by how.” [her] “Sexual assault…and its consequences have been used for entertainment purposes.”
“Defendants continued to film Manzo and videotaped their experiences in order to profit from the 'entertainment' of Manzo's experiences with sexual assault,” the lawsuit continues.

This isn't the first lawsuit against the network over the Housewives franchise. Last year, butler Marco Vega — who worked and appeared on the second season of Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip — filed a sexual assault and harassment lawsuit.
In his lawsuit, Vega said he was “sexually harassed and abused” by Dorinda Medley while filming the show at Blue Stone Manor, and claimed he was slapped on the buttocks by Phaedra Parks and “forcibly undressed” by Glanville, who told him ripped the shirt off.
Leah McSweeney filed a discrimination complaint with Bravo last year, claiming she was forced to miss her grandmother's funeral due to filming commitments.

Back in August, a bombshell letter revealed that 80 reality stars had banded together to accuse the network of “covering up sexual violence, condoning revenge porn, exploiting minors and denying mental health treatment.”
Bethenny Frankel was believed to be leading the charge, although the former RHONY star has since clarified that she is not among the people officially taking legal action against Bravo or NBC.
