At just 22 years old, the daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber already has a decade of modeling experience.
But surprisingly, the Vogue cover girl also has some connections to Memphis.
The brunette beauty was dating Jacob Elordi, who currently plays Elvis in Priscilla.
Her current boyfriend is Austin Butler, who received an Oscar nomination for his role as the King of Rock 'n' Roll.
Her brother, who is closer to where she lives, is named after the jailhouse rocker.

The real deal: Elvis – who died in 1977 at the age of 42 – was married for six years to the Brooklyn-born beauty, who gave birth to his only child Lisa Marie in 1968 (pictured in 1970).
In 2020, three years before Jacob was cast as Elvis, Kaia and Jacob began their relationship by dressing up as the famous couple for Halloween.
With Priscilla's beehive and Elvis' sunglasses and sharp suits, the couple was almost indistinguishable from the king and queen of rock 'n' roll.
The model wore Jackie O-style sunglasses, a lavender top and purple leggings by designer Charlotte Knowles for her Priscilla costume.

According to Vogue, hairstylist Charlie Le Mindu used his “famous drag technique to tease the handmade lace-front beehive wig Gerber wore that evening.”
Le Mindu created “amazing sideburns” and added volume to the Australian's own hair to better resemble the Mississippi-born, Tennessee-raised singer, who has sold over 1 billion records.

Kaia accompanied her boyfriend Austin to Lisa Marie Presley's joint memorial service at Graceland last year.
Austin had a close relationship with the King of Rock 'n' Roll's daughter after portraying her father Elvis Presley in the acclaimed Baz Luhrmann biopic Elvis.
Lisa Marie suffered cardiac arrest at her home in Calabasas and died in a Los Angeles hospital on January 12 at the age of 54.
She shared on her Instagram account: “Austin Butler beautifully expressed and embodied my father's heart and soul. In my humble opinion, his performance is unparalleled and FINALLY executed with precision and respect.”
Lisa Marie and her mother Priscilla Presley accompanied Austin on much of the Elvis promotional tour, and the trio grew closer while filming the biopic.
He brought both women to tears when he addressed them directly in his Best Actor Golden Globe acceptance speech and said, “Thank you guys, thank you for opening your hearts, your memories, your homes to me.” Lisa Marie, Priscilla, I love you forever.'
BROTHER NAMED AFTER ELVIS

Kaia's parents are both on very good terms – so much so that her brother is named Presley after the king.
Speaking to The New York Times, Rande and Cindy said that the name Presley came from a dinner with Hollywood music producer David Foster.
At the time, he was married to Elvis' ex-girlfriend Linda Thompson.
“During dinner, David joked with the couple, 'Can you imagine being me and having to follow Presley?'” And the name stuck.
Kaia's name also has showbiz routes. Cindy says she's named after a character in the 1988 fantasy film Willow, while Rande says the name comes from the title track of a 1978 Bob Marley album (and slang for marijuana).
KARDASHIAN CONNECTION
Kaia was linked to Pete Davidson in the fall of 2019, but the couple broke up just a few months after dating, around February 2020

Robert Kardashian 'thought he was going to marry Priscilla'
Robert Kardashian is said to have been in love with his 70s girlfriend Priscilla Presley and wanted to marry her.
That's because she made Robert “very happy,” author Jerry Oppenheimer told Page Six in November.
“He wanted to marry her and have children with her.” “That was definitely his hope, his plan,” Oppenheimer revealed, after naming his source Joni Migdal, a close friend of Robert and Priscilla.
Jerry previously discussed Robert and Priscilla's relationship in the 2017 book The Kardashians: An American Drama. But now he's sharing even more details.
Priscilla claimed this week that Elvis did not want her to remarry after their divorce in 1973.
Robert and Priscilla separated and he married Kris Jenner in 1978. Together they had four children: Kim, Kourtney, Khloé and Rob.
Ultimately, Robert and Priscilla's relationship deteriorated, with Migdal claiming that Priscilla told Robert, “Look, I'm not going to marry anyone until Elvis dies.”
Elvis died in 1977.
As is well known, Pete found love with Kim Kardashian.
And before the Kardashain clan became reality TV starlets, Kim's father Robert dated none other than Priscilla Presley.
Both newly single in the mid-1970s, they thought he would marry Priscilla – but she told him she wouldn't marry again while Elvis was still alive.
So Kris Houghton (now Kris Jenner) came along. The couple welcomed four children, Kourtnery, Kimberley, Khloe and Rob, before splitting up.
Kris later married Olympic heroine Caitlyn Jenner – and the couple had Kylie and Kendall together.
Kaia is close friends with Kendall and often models with her. Kendall says Cindy Crawford is “her idol.”
Before Kris, Caitlyn was married to Linda Thompson and the couple has two children together, Brandon and Brody Jenner.
Linda was Elvis' last girlfriend before his death at the age of 42.

The series also starred Camila Morrone and Suki Waterhouse, both friends of Kaia.
Camilla also dated Leonardo DiCaprio for five years. DiCaprio is known for his work with Baz Luhrmann – who also directed the Elvis biopic with Austin Butler.

Her third marriage was to Nicolas Cage. Before being married to Rande, Cindy was previously married to Richard Gere.
Nic Cage credits Richard Gere with saving him from a “life in prison.” He said his life changed when they worked together in the 1984 film The Cotton Club.
He previously told the Sun: “I could have ended up in prison… Richard Gere… said to me: 'If you keep behaving like this you'll only have about three film roles left in you.'
Nic's cousin is Sofia Coppola, who directed the film Priscilla.
