Tom Sandoval is accusing his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix, whom he split from last year after nearly a decade over his infidelity, of being “petty.”
Two weeks after she filed a lawsuit to put her Valley Village home, which they bought together in 2019, up for sale, the “Vanderpump Rules” star revealed that the 38-year-old actress has rejected his seemingly fair offer for the had rejected the property.
“Ariana claims that me wanting to keep the house is a psychopathic move, but that's not the case,” the 40-year-old singer said on Nick Viall's “The Viall Files” podcast.
He explained: “She was like, 'Oh, he made me a f***ing offer.' I made her an offer of $3.1 million. We bought our house for $2.05 [million]. … I made her an offer to buy her out.'

Sandoval further claimed that Madix, who stars as Roxie Hart in “Chicago” on Broadway, “hasn't paid a single bill on this house in eight months” and hasn't lived in her house in “two or three months.”
“She’s petty and doesn’t want me to own the house,” he claimed. “That’s the pettiness [move]. “I’m breaking up with you and I don’t want anyone to do that.” [it].'
The TV personality added: Yes [like] turn over the Monopoly board. That's it. It's like, 'I'm losing at Monopoly, so I'm turning over the Monopoly board.' That's it.'
According to documents obtained by earlier this month, the former couple disagree on how the property should be divided.
The lawsuit said Madix wants a “partition by sale,” which essentially means she wants to order a judge to sell the house to divide the proceeds.
What she is fighting is a “split in kind” that would allow each of them to retain their ownership interest in the property, which could theoretically result in one of them selling to a third party.
Last spring, her nine-year relationship with “Scandoval” ended, with Sandoval involved in an affair with her 29-year-old girlfriend Raquel Leviss (now Rachel).
Earlier this month, she told People that she was “really motivated” to sell the home that belonged to her former partner.

She stated that she wants to “completely leave behind the attachment to this property and any other connection to Sandoval.”
'I'm ready. “I want to own my own house,” she told the outlet.
Their sprawling property features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.
During his conversation with Viall, Sandoval said he “loves” Madix but accused her of bad-mouthing him “during” their relationship.
“It's unfortunate that my way of fighting this has been belittled, belittled, belittled all this time,” he said.
The reality star said he “acted out” due to his “low self-esteem” and was unfaithful.
“Someone like Raquel — someone in their 20s who does the whipped cream bikini thing — I thought, 'Wow.' “I’m attracted to someone,” he confessed.
Still, Sandoval said, “I loved Ariana.” I really did. And the whole process of breaking up with her took four months.”
The couple purchased the LA-area home in 2019 for about $2 million
She previously defended her uncomfortable living situation on Bethenny Frankel's Just B podcast.
The reality star stated that she would not fuck [herself] over by making hasty decisions.
“I was never someone who came from money. “I know how quickly this goes by,” she explained. “I’ll take care of myself.”
The TV personality went on to say she is “not rich” and has a mortgage and other expenses.
“A lot of people on the internet seem to think I'm making money right now.” I have a lot of places the money needs to go before I get it [it]' she continued.
Even though she lives with Sandoval, the actress made it clear that she keeps their interactions to a minimum.

“I have a pretty good setup,” she said. “My room is like my little apartment… I stay in my own little zone.”
Additionally, Madix said she keeps her door locked “just in case” and “sleeps more easily at night without worrying about him coming through the door.”
“Yeah, we're in the same house, but I don't have to think about it [him]” the former bartender told the audience.
