The former NSYNC frontman announced on Instagram on February 19 that he would be releasing the second song from this new record on Friday. He revealed the title Drown and its release date. He also shared a clip of the song.

In the video, the Cry Me A River singer plays the piano and sings a few verses of the song, which seems like a sentimental ballad.

“I went to London, I'm still recovering from this flu. “But I’m trying to hold on,” Justin Timberlake, 43, wrote in the caption. I'm so excited about the new music and everything coming this week. »

This post comes a few weeks after the Suit & Tie singer took to Instagram to tell his fans that he was suffering from the flu.

The new track will appear on Justin Timberlake's highly anticipated sixth studio album, Everything I Thought It Was, which follows his fifth studio album, Man of the Woods, released in 2018.

On January 25, the singer released his first solo single in almost six years, Selfish, the first single from his upcoming album. The song peaked at number 19 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The album Everything I Thought It Was is scheduled to be released on March 15th.
