Charlotte recently revealed that her boyfriend Jake Ankers, 31, thinks her changing shape is “sexy”.
“Jake literally showers me with compliments every second,” she told her fans. “For him, I feel like the most beautiful girl in the world.
“But in pregnancy it’s a whole different level, he absolutely loves the belly and my body. He finds it sexy.”

In a candid statement, Charlotte said she has “admitted defeat” and feels “messed up” at having a busy schedule throughout her pregnancy.
In the update she wrote: Pregnancy Update – Heartburn decided to show up this week and it looks like it’s still lingering on top of that and my illness has crept back in with a vengeance.
“I admitted defeat with that part, to be honest I don’t wish it to go away, now I’ve just accepted it.
“My hormones, my god, don’t even make me run. I feel a mess and a really, really exhausted mix that with a busy schedule and never being home is just a recipe for disaster.
