Tammy Hembrow welcomed her first child with fiancé Matt Poole on Sunday.
The fitness mogul shared a series of intimate photos from her birth on Instagram, revealing that she had a natural birth.
“Absolutely the hardest, but also the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. An untreated VBA2C. No words,” wrote Tammy, 28.

‘Birth story to come. Right now I’m just resting in my love bubble with my perfect little girl, wow,” she added.
In one photo, Tammy can be seen holding her newborn daughter minutes after she was born while Matt stood nearby.
She also posted another picture of herself in the shower during labour.
Tammy announced that she is expecting her first child with her Ironman fiancé Matt in December.
