The 32-year-old author also shared a sweet photo of Chris, 42, looking after her and the baby.

Just days after giving birth to his second daughter Eloise with Katherine Schwarzenegger, Chris opens up about his daughter and his beloved wife.
The Jurassic World actor and his wife welcomed Eloise, their second child after Lyla Maria, 21 months, in late May.
The actor beamed on the red carpet at his Los Angeles premiere of Jurassic World: Dominion, where he told E! in a new interview.

The actor was asked how the newborn’s “baby poo” compares to the “dinokot” in the film, to which Pratt answered with a laugh.
“Fortunately, they smell worse than Dinokot, but they’re much smaller. They’re a lot more manageable,” joked Pratt.
When asked if training a raptor was easier than potty training his kids, Pratt gave credit to his wife.

“Katherine just has the most amazing maternal instincts. I think she’ll get over most of it. She just knows what to do. I will follow their example.”
Known for his love of snacks, Pratt created an on-set Instagram series, What’s My Snack, in which he spoke candidly about how his kids are affecting his snacking.
“Lately I’ve been eating a lot of pizza and taters eating everything off my kids’ plates,” he joked.

“I cook them lunch and they only eat half and I’m like, ‘Well, calories don’t count if they were on their plate.’ It’s a lot of chicken nuggets and fries and tater tots,” he added.
The snacking has strained his waist a bit, though, adding he wasn’t even sure his suit would fit.
“I stopped being in front of the camera when I was wrapping Guardians [of the Galaxy] 3 a few weeks ago,” he said.

When asked if we could see Owen Grady again, Pratt said, “It seems like that’s all. It feels like this is the end of the Jurassic World franchise and it is also the end of the Jurassic Park franchise, somehow culminating in this massive finale.
