She was thrown from the window of a burning car and airlifted to a Nevada hospital with “life-threatening injuries”.
The 36-year-old model and rapper is reportedly unresponsive, with a broken spine and skull fracture.
Watts was on a trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas when the horrific accident happened, her sister The Shade Room confirmed.

The woman, who claimed to be Watt’s cousin on Facebook, asked everyone to raise the rapper in prayers.
“I am very saddened by the news of my cousin. You know that family is the first real friends in your life… Cousin, I’m praying for you!! I pray that God will shelter your sons,” she wrote.
Fans on social media have also been praying and wishing Watts a speedy recovery.
