A thug received instant karma after bullying an elderly man who accidentally locked the elevator doors on him when a group of men in Taiwan brutally beat him.
The aggressive young man named Hu was entering an elevator at a KTV karaoke club in Taichung when the frail man closed the doors.
Despite the honest mistake, Hu continued to address the hapless man, who tried to placate him by repeatedly bowing his head and apologizing.

The bullying lasted several minutes, with the thug threatening to hit him while his friends simply watched as he molested the pensioner.
Hu later exited the elevator with his companions, but continued tossing his weight and molesting the old man in the lobby.
A man in a black suit entered after seeing the commotion and confronted Hu as tempers flared even further.
The argument continued until several men rushed out of the elevator and pounced on Hu and his friends.
The bully ducked as he was hit by vigilantes, who stomped on his head and hit him with what appeared to be a motorcycle helmet as he lay on the ground.

A man was caught on camera giving the brawler a final smack on the head before being left unconscious.
Taichung police arrived at the scene after the brawl and picked up Hu, the old man, and the vigilante group for questioning at the station.
Officials said the burly man in the black suit called his “friends who work upstairs” for support during his confrontation with Hu.
They have also refuted claims that the old man was a former gangster who had been visiting his “mob” cronies.

Meanwhile, Hu reportedly suffered minor injuries and scratches. Both parties have declined to press charges against each other.
But a police spokesman said Hu “could be prosecuted for violating the Social Order Maintenance Law.”
They added: “The parties involved in the altercation did not wish to press charges. They settled the disagreement among themselves, but officials are still on the case.
“The suspects were questioned at the Taichung City Police Station and the police will check the CCTV to see if other crimes have been committed.”
