But after the new police commissioner took over the charge, the pub was searched. The commissioner is a strict officer.
Unaware of the developments, the celebrities went to the pub with their children to party last weekend. A singer and actress and others were arrested by the police. They were questioned by the police about drug use.
However, the daughter of this famous actor luckily escaped police questioning as she left the premises just before the police arrived.
She got an urgent call and left the party. It was her sheer stroke of luck. Had she stayed a few more minutes, her name would have been in the media news.
