Pétala Barreiros admitted to violating the provision of A Fazenda 14’s contract that provides for his expulsion
Record has analyzed Pétala Barreiros’ confession to receiving external information after breaking the rules of the A Fazenda 14 detention. The act is included in the contract as grounds for disqualification from the reality show, with an obligation to return any fees and awards you received while on the program.
In the contract that the digital influencer signed with the broadcaster, there is a very clear theme about the act. More specifically, the subject is set out in Section 8.1 of Schedule I, which she has read, agreed to and signed to commit to comply with. But Petal stepped up the breach.
“For the avoidance of doubt, any contact by the COMPETITOR with persons outside the immediate vicinity of the PROGRAM who are not related to the production of the PROGRAM will, at the discretion of the production of the PROGRAM, result in their disqualification, such as: B., but not limited to lawyer, family, personal physician, etc.,” the clause states.
The column reached out to Record Thursday afternoon (15) to question the position it is taking on the case, but so far we have received no response.
Pétala’s expulsion has been the subject of internal debates. And there’s a strong tendency to turn a blind eye, especially because of the protagonist’s moment that she lives on the show. Despite being overshadowed by Deolane Bezerra during the first few days of confinement, the director understands that she has already become an important part of the game’s success.
Eventually, as soon as he walked away from Deborah Albuquerque on the show, Pétala confessed that he had received outside information during the predelivery period. In the room, she initially did not want to reveal how she found out, but emphasized that she had found out in the hotel that Bruno Salomão, exRonaldinha’s husband, had already provoked Deolane Bezerra.
Another time, also at headquarters, Pétala said that she and Deolane were able to communicate with the outside world through the tablet that the production had made available to all passersby in the hotel. The devices featured streaming applications such as Netflix and these tools were used to inform both, including the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
We are aware that having external information from the program can give players a certain advantage as they finally verify their strategies in reality. It now remains to be seen whether the broadcaster will enforce the rule it has imposed on the contractual partners or turn a blind eye.
