Chrishell Stause paid for her $3.3 million pad in Hollywood Hills with money from ex-husband Justin Hartley’s sale of her wedding ring.
The Selling Sunset star was married to the 45-year-old actor from 2017 until their split in 2019, and their divorce was finalized in February 2021.
And the 40-year-old real estate agent, who dated her Netflix co-star and her boss at The Oppenheim Group Jason Oppenheim, 44, for five months until December, revealed the diamond was so expensive she bought it for her wastage could stay.

“If sometimes life gives you lemons, sometimes you need to add a little vodka,” Chrisell said during an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
She continued, “I was trying, you know, to make the best of a situation.”
The 39-year-old host – who is in the process of divorcing ex-Brandon Blackstock – agreed.

Kelly said: “I mean, what are you supposed to do, keep wearing it? I think that’s amazing.
“You did something good with the money.”
Stause didn’t say how much she sold the ring for, but it was likely just enough for the down payment on the $3.3 million home.
Following their high-profile romances, Chrishell recently revealed that she doesn’t want her next boyfriend to be famous.

The reality star admits it’s hard not to date someone in showbiz who lives in Los Angeles.
The real estate agent said: “It’s a bit difficult because ultimately life in this world is the people you meet.
“But every time a friend says, ‘Oh, I’d love for you to meet my friend,’ that’s the first thing I say.”

She added, “I’m really hoping to be paired with someone who’s not in the industry but you know you’re not always in charge of who you meet because it’s a little bit limited in Los Angeles but that is the goal.”
Chrishell recently admitted that she and Jason are going through a “time of transition” after splitting up to have children.
She explained, “We really love each other so this is the relationship I’m most proud of because we’re still as close as we are and I know we only want what’s best for both of us.”
