Teen Mom’s Farah Abraham has revealed that he will spend the next 28 days at a trauma treatment center to improve his physical and mental health.
In a video uploaded to her Instagram account on Thursday, the 30-year-old Nebraska-born influential figure said he would go offline to focus on himself and work for a “brighter future.”
“I am devoting time to my healing. “I ignored people for more than 11 months after I was sexually assaulted and my whole body shattered, my whole brain shattered,” the reality star told three million followers.

The mother of one child added: “Regardless of your injuries – whether physical or mental, people see them or not – I wanted to take the time to say that I am grateful to my family for hanging out with me this year in one from my most difficult years.
She concluded: “I look forward to finding out more about what I can do for myself and the transition.”
The author of My Teenage Dream Ended also sent “love and light to those who want to improve their lives [and] they are not traumatized.

A number of Abraham fans have commented on her decision.
“I am so sorry for what you went through. I am proud of you for receiving help, “one wrote.
Another commented: “Good luck Fara !! I send you hope, ❤️ and blessings. As a person with a lifelong illness … this is a path of struggle. Taking care of yourself is number one. I’m proud of you for that.

In January, an MTV man was arrested and detained by Los Angeles police after he allegedly attacked a security guard at a Hollywood club.
Abraham, who was quoted as saying about the crime after the incident, addressed her with the law later in a statement to TMZ.
“I’m tired of being maliciously beaten, attacked, conspired against while dining at Grand Master Records, it was the arrest of a private person my lawyer is dealing with from here,” she said.

“It’s horrifying and traumatic that people are attacking me and I can’t even enjoy dinner because I’m the only person out of three, attacked and harassed. I look forward to the court, as always, I warn that this place is dangerous for public figures [sic]. ‘
According to the publication, the star of 16 And Pregnant said that employees of Grandmaster Records attacked her.
She also claims that they filmed the incident with the intention of spreading it to new organizations.

Later in the week, Fara posted a video of the brawl in her Instagram Stories, although she left it without audio.
The man kept her legs and back down, and she seemed to have something tied around her wrists that held them behind her back.
“Never again,” she signed the first video.

“Staff are again attacking a paying customer, holding me against my will and hurting me,” she continued. “Only 1 in 3, violence against women must stop. The @grandmasterrecords staff must be in jail.
Farah continued her attempt to fire the officer who detained her in the next video, shot before the police arrived.

She claims that the events that led to her arrest are part of a model.
“I’m tired of people harassing me, holding me, hurting me and lying about me and selling things to tmz, it’s scary, it affects mothers, it’s traumatic and I’m hurt [sic]’she wrote.
Fara had previously had physical altercations with staff.
