The Santa Fe County, New Mexico, police investigation responsible for the investigation also released additional footage from the set and interviews with several witnesses, including Baldwin himself.
However, the results of the forensic examinations are still awaited to determine if the 64-year-old actor is charged with involuntary manslaughter.

Mendoza pointed out that there are several items that are essential, such as the ballistics report, fingerprint analysis, a medical report, and information about the calls Baldwin made.

Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins (right) was 42 years old when the incident that would end her life happened on set.
Authorities have not ruled out criminal charges in the incident, and in October District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies told the New York Times that “everything, including the criminal charges, is on the table now.”
The distribution of the images comes a week after the film’s producers were fined nearly $136,000 for failing to follow safety procedures on a film set.
In addition, an investigation by the Department of Surroundings of New Mexico noted that Rust’s producers “disregarded the risks and dangers inherent in the use of guns on set”.
And they added that production management “knew that safety procedures were not being followed” and “were indifferent to employee safety, failing to review work practices in this regard and take corrective action to avoid a weapons incident.”
The production company did not accept these considerations and has announced that it will appeal the report submitted by the company.
