If I had to choose a university degree that might be less recommended in the current South American context, it might be anthropology. This is not because anthropology is not a valuable or interesting discipline, but rather because the employment opportunities directly related to this career may be more limited compared to other fields of study, particularly in the economic and development context of many South American countries. However, remember that career choice should be based on your personal interests and passions, and that each discipline can offer unique and valuable perspectives.
