Tale Of Tails actress Blanca Blanco slipped into a new bikini while on vacation in Bora Bora this weekend.

The Washington native wore a skimpy two-piece with straps that she bought from Amazon for $12.99 as she stepped into the azure waters near shore.

The Eye For Eye actress showed off her toned stomach and sculpted legs while looking like she was ready for a swim in a collection of new pictures shared to Instagram.

She also wore black Prada sunglasses.

In her caption, she wrote, “Afternoon swim,” while sharing a pink flower emoji and letting fans know she’s staying at the St. Regis in Bora Bora. In another post, she added, “Pink vibes.”

Bora Bora is a small island in the South Pacific northwest of Tahiti in French Polynesia. Surrounded by sand-fringed motus (islets) and a turquoise lagoon protected by a coral reef, it is known for its scuba diving opportunities. It is also home to a dormant volcano.

Blanca said staying lean has a lot to do with meal timing.

“I never eat late at night, that’s a golden rule I adopted this summer.” I stop eating around 6pm so my body can digest what I’ve eaten before I go to sleep. So no more popcorn bowls or granola bars late into the night. The late night snacks are gone. When I’m really hungry, I cut up some vegetables and add olive oil and sea salt. But usually I just wait until breakfast to eat.

“It saves money, too.” Because sometimes I’d stop by Go Greek in the evenings and buy frozen yogurt to treat myself. I don’t do that anymore. I gave up almost all desserts in the evening. Sometimes, after dinner, I’d order a fancy dessert that cost about $14. No longer. Sometimes these desserts can cost a fortune in good restaurants! I once ordered a chocolate dessert that was $22. It wasn’t worth it – too expensive and 1,000 calories.

“If I want something sweet, I have a decaffeinated coffee with some honey.”

The star told that she is currently on a Mediterranean diet. “It’s high in protein, so there aren’t a lot of carbs that get converted to sugar after it’s metabolized,” she said.

“It just takes a lot of fresh vegetables, so I always run to the grocery store.”

Research has shown that the Mediterranean diet outperforms low-fat diets for weight loss.

According to a systematic review, it was found that switching from an omnivore diet to a plant-based diet helps most people lose weight, which may be due to increased fiber intake and the reduction of animal proteins in favor of plant proteins, among other things is published in Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome, and Obesity: Goals and Therapy in 2020.

In June, Blanca spoke about training.

“I try to work out an hour a day, five days a week,” said the “Mission: Possible” star.

“Cardio and strength training are key. I use weights to stay fit. Ten-pound dumbbells are great for building muscle.

“Some weeks are challenging to keep up with the routine. I try to be kind to myself when I can’t stick to a routine and know that even a day or five minutes of exercise a day is 100% better than nothing.”

“Sometimes I’ll just walk around my neighborhood for 15 minutes if I don’t have time to go to the gym.

“I also have a walking app, so walking to the car or walking to the gas station helps, it all adds up.”

And she has a few diet tricks too.

“I eat grilled food instead of fried food.” It’s healthier for the heart and lowers cholesterol.

“High cholesterol is in my family genes.” So I try to work on what I can and what is within my control. “I love french fries, so sometimes it’s not easy.”

And she excludes meat and sugar.

“For two months now I’ve decided to adopt a pescatarian lifestyle, which is a temporary change.

“That means no meat, no chicken, and only seafood.” I love fish, so this works for me. In restaurants I often order the grilled salmon with a side dish of vegetables.

“Also, I don’t eat sugar, so no desserts, no cake, no ice cream, no thanks!” For me it’s just not worth it. Every time I eat dessert I have to work out for another hour and that’s too much time.

“I only eat sugar from fruit, which is great because I love apples and strawberries.”

“I think it’s important to detox your body every once in a while as it also boosts your metabolism.” “I feel less bloated, more regular and full of energy.”

And she says the advice to drink more water really works.

“Not only is it good for our organs, but I find it helps my skin.” Goodbye pimples. “The best way to find out if we’re drinking enough is to take your body weight and divide it by two. The result is the amount of ounces we need per day.”

And she also shared that reducing stress is also very helpful in losing weight.

“Take it one day at a time,” said the star, who grew up in Washington state.

“Stress can get in the way, but every little step we take makes a difference.” Keep it simple! Be nice to yourself.’
