At least five suspects have appeared in court since the start of the day. The public prosecutor's office refused to release any of them.

Evan Lavoie, 21, and Andréanne Dominique, 37, each face three charges, including kidnapping and aggravated assault, over the events that occurred in Montmagny between February 12 and 20, suggesting an act of denunciation.

Two men aged 38 and 30, Rémi Fournier and Dave Galienne-Picard, are alleged to have committed the same crimes over a similar period.

These allegations follow the major police operation that led to the arrest of three suspects on the Trans-Comté road in Montmagny on Friday afternoon.

Charlotte Montambault-Vaillancourt is also among those arrested by the police. The 32-year-old woman is said to have had GHB, cocaine and methamphetamine with her with the aim of trafficking them.

Nicholas Côté, 45, is also accused of setting fire to KCR Karting in Château-Richer earlier this month.

According to the denunciation, he may have conspired with four other people: Patrick Boisvert, Pierre-Alexandre Paquet-Couturier, Ronnie-James St-Hilaire and Carl Martineau.

The suspects will return to the Quebec courthouse on Wednesday morning for further proceedings.

These performances come the day after a major offensive by police officers from the Sûreté du Québec and elsewhere in the province to put an end to violence sparked by a conflict between the Hells Angels and drug traffickers led by boss Dave “Pic.” . Turmel.
