During one of her conservator hearings, Britney Spears told Judge Brenda Penny that one of the provisions of the arrangement was an IUD that she wanted removed because she hoped to have more children. Today, fans found out that Spears’ freedom from her conservatorship meant she managed to get the IUD out after announcing she’s pregnant with her third child. The news came via Instagram, where she shared the message alongside a photo of pink carnations and a cup of coffee.
In her usual meandering, emoji-filled style, the caption informed fans that her trip to Maui included news of a baby on the way. She also referred to Sam Asghari as her “husband,” though she never confirmed the two said “yes, I do” after their engagement in September 2021.
“I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️… I was like, ‘Oh my gosh… what happened to my stomach? ‘ My husband said “No you’re fodder silly 🤪!!!” So I took a pregnancy test…and uhhhhh well…I’m having a baby 👶🏼…4 days later I got a little more fodder 🤰🏼🙈🙈🙈 It’s growing!!! If there’s 2 in it…I might just lose it 😬😬😬😬😬😬…I obviously won’t go out that much because the dads get their money 💴 Shot at me 📸 as sadly they already have.”
Her caption continued, saying that she had perinatal depression during a previous pregnancy and that she’s glad more women are now talking about the topic.
“It’s hard because when I was pregnant I had perinatal depression… I have to say it’s absolutely awful 😔… Women didn’t talk about it back then… Some people found it dangerous for a woman to complain like that, with a baby in her… but now women talk about it every day,” read the caption. “Thank god we don’t have to keep this pain to ourselves 🤫 😬😬😬… This time I’m going to do yoga 🧘♀️ every day!!! Spread lots of joy and love 💕 !!!”

During a trip to Polynesia last month, Spears posted about planning to have more children, writing alongside shots of her posing topless on the beach.
And just a week after her conservatory closed, she spoke up about wanting more children.
“I’m thinking about having another baby!!! I wonder if this is a girl… she’s on her toes and reaching for something… that’s for sure!!!!” she wrote in a comment alongside one of her posts. Spears has two sons, Sean Preston Federline and Jayden James Federline, from her previous relationship with Kevin Federline.
