Britney Spears showed off her dance moves again as she shared a new energetic routine on her Instagram on Thursday.
The 42-year-old pop star filmed herself twirling around her home, shaking her hips and even twerking while laughing.
For the latest dance clip, she slipped into a racy outfit consisting of a red crop top and a pair of tiny black hot pants.
Britney also wore a blue fingerless glove and a gemstone necklace, while her blonde hair was styled in beachy waves.
In the video's caption, the Toxic hitmaker revealed that it was a throwback clip from a Sunday in November last year.

She then told a story about teaching a dance class where a young girl was being bullied by the others. She said it reminded her of herself and said she knew she was “a girl who used to be famous.”
Britney said: “Bullying isn't as blatant or aggressive with girls these days, it's extremely manipulative and just damn mean!!!”
She then wrote: “She reminded me a lot of myself!!!” It's not nice to be downplayed!!! I was open to other people's advice!!!
“I actually had a similar situation just two months ago with someone I don't know that well, and later I realized it because I was like… Oh, I'm so relatable that I can just sit here and watch this person's bullshit will listen. Shit, I don't even know!!!'
Britney continued, “And that's exactly what I did until I was teaching my class and thought… I know I'm a girl who was famous back then and I know I make mistakes!!!”
“Honestly, I do Instagram for protection and I like to wear pretty dresses and get my hair fixed!!!”
The clip comes just days after another dance post over the weekend in which Britney explained she was single.
The singer, who split from her estranged husband Sam Asghari last summer, described herself as a “hopeless romantic who understands that being single is great.”

Her love life update came after speculation that she recently got back together with her ex Paul Richard Soliz, 37.
Last week, a source claimed to Us Weekly that “Britney and Paul are definitely together.”
The insider insisted, “He's still in the picture,” while another claimed the couple has been quietly taking road trips to Santa Barbara and he spends “two or three nights a week” at her place.
They said, “She doesn't like it when he leaves.” “She feels like she deserves more attention, but he has to be there for his kids.”
Britney has reportedly met Paul's children, who are said to “like her.”
The pair first became romantically involved after splitting from Sam in August, but the following month it was revealed that Britney had ended her “brief affair” with Paul and that they had “no longer communicated” after her had found out about his criminal past.
After initially parting ways, a source exclusively told that “Britney is not with Paul.” After Sam left, they had a brief fling, but that was it.
“Britney met with him twice and then [she] knew nothing of his criminal past. She no longer has any communication with him.'

According to Us Weekly, the two met after he was hired to do housekeeping tasks and maintenance around her home.
While speaking to the publication, Paul revealed that he had been fixing little things around the house, including fixing doorknobs and cleaning toilets.
Insiders told Page Six that Paul was fired from his job with Britney, but she “still decided to spend time with him and is not trying to hide their newfound friendship.”
According to documents obtained by Us Weekly, Paul has criminal convictions including disturbing the peace, endangering children and driving without a license, as well as felony counts of possession of a controlled substance for sale and possession of a firearm.
Despite his past, Paul insisted he wasn't a “bad guy” in an interview with Backgrid last year.
The father confessed that he had “a handful of children” and that his children’s mother had died.
Her love life update came after speculation that she had recently gotten back together with her ex Paul Richard Soliz, 37 (pictured in September).
He said, “I have custody of my children, I'm not a bad guy.” I own my own business. “I license tile technology for contractors.”
He also revealed that one of his children was in the 5150 Detention Center. This is a legal provision that allows a person with a mental illness to be involuntarily detained for a 72-hour psychiatric hospitalization.
Paul confirmed at the time of the interview that he was still dating Britney and that the singer had been incredibly supportive of him throughout the legal process over his criminal conviction.
He said, “She's a very positive person,” before noting that he wasn't at liberty to confirm whether he and Britney are an official couple, and also called Britney a “phenomenal woman” to Us Weekly.
