‘I could have had kids yesterday’: Brooklyn Beckham reveals he’s ready to start a family with wife Nicola Peltz and become a ‘young dad’ like his dad David
Brooklyn Beckham has announced he’s ready to start a family with his wife, Nicola Peltz.
The aspiring chef – the son of David and Victoria Beckham – always wanted to be a young dad and follow in his dad’s footsteps.
The 23-year-old told People’s Magazine he dreams of having “a bunch” of kids, but knows he’ll have to wait until his wife, Nicola Peltz, is ready to start a family.

He admitted: “I could have had kids yesterday. Obviously it’s my wife’s body, but I’ve always wanted to have some kids around. That’s something I really want to do. And my father was young when he had me. He was 23. And I’m 23 now. I’ve always wanted to be a young dad.”
Brooklyn loves nothing more than quiet nights at home with Nicola, whom he married in April, and their dogs.
Speaking to the upcoming 2022 issue of People magazine Sexiest Man Alive – in which he will appear as part of a portfolio of famous sons – he said: “Your family lives in Florida and mine lives in the UK but we have our own lives out here in LA and it’s really, really nice. Just having each other’s company is the best.”

Brooklyn then went on to talk about his love for cookies: “I’m making really fresh homemade pasta right now. i cook for [Nicola].
“And the biggest thing that relaxes me is when we just lie in bed with our dogs and watch ‘Love Island.’ We love it!’
Over the years, Brooklyn has learned a lot from his retired football legend father, David.
He said: “He’s a very hard worker and he taught me to work hard. And to be nice to absolutely everyone.’
Wow! Nicola has a whopping seven siblings from her parents, billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz, and model Claudia Heffner (pictured with Brooklyn and two of her brothers).
And Brooklyn is a huge admirer of David’s style, although he’s now trying to forge his own fashion-forward path.
He added: “I love my dad’s style. I think it is cool. I always stole his clothes. But once I was done stealing them, I wanted to develop my own style.
“Baggy jeans, a t-shirt, and a couple of Vans or something. Very skater, definitely early 2000s.’
It comes after Nicola revealed she and Brooklyn plan to have up to eight children together.
The 27-year-old actress said she and her husband want “a big family” as they both come from big breeds.
Nicola has a whopping seven siblings including six brothers, Brad, Will, Matthew, Diesel, Zachary, Gregory and a sister named Brittany.
Speaking to the Sunday Times magazine Style, Nicola revealed that Brooklyn is dying to have children right away.
She said: “He wanted children yesterday. I think in a few years. We definitely want a big family. He has three siblings, I have seven.”
When asked if she would have eight children, Nicola said, “It’s a lot, but … I don’t know.”
She added: “We want to adopt some kids, have some of our own. That would be the dream.”
