Bruce Cassidy celebrates with legends like Raymond Bourque

Bruce Cassidy, head coach of the Vegas Golden Knights, achieved great success with the Stanley Cup on Thursday.

Cassidy invited legendary Boston Bruins players Raymond Bourque and Bobby Orr to the party in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

Originally from Ottawa, the 58-year-old coach spends the summer season with his family in this Boston suburb.

Before taking charge of the Golden Knights, Cassidy was the head coach of the Boston Bruins for six years, from 2017 to 2022. That season he took part in a second Stanley Cup final as a coach. He was the Bruins’ pilot when they lost the Ultimate Series to the St. Louis Blues in 2019.

In the 2022-23 season, Cassidy led the Nevada team to a regular season record of 51-22-9.
