They inspire it!

Worlds collided this week when Burt's Bees and Hidden Valley Ranch teamed up to release a savory set of lip balms—that taste like a basket full of buffalo wings.

What began as a social media prank on April 1, 2022 became a reality on Wednesday with the release of the four-pack of limited-edition Ranch Dippers lip balms in crispy celery, fresh carrot, buffalo sauce and ranch flavors.

“It's a balm shaped wing basket just for game day,” Hidden Valley posted on Instagram, announcing the $11.99 set is “NOT FOR CONSUMPTION.” Apparently.”

The cheeky balms, which can be layered “for the best flavor combinations,” sold out within hours — and resellers are already offering the set online for $250.

Those who grabbed their set were all smiles.

“I ordered a set – I'm here for it,” one happy shopper wrote on Instagram.

“I assumed 'savory collaboration' meant citrus – I never expected that!!” said another.

“I ordered two – one for myself and one to prank my mother after she expressed her dismay that such a thing existed!”

Those who missed it are already begging for a second release.

“Please, I’m begging you to reinstate this!” pleaded one grandparent.

“It would make a great Christmas/birthday gift for my grandchildren who use lip balm, love Hidden Valley Ranch, love Burt's, and expect unusual flavored lip balm from Grandma and Grandpa for every special occasion.”

Another wrote: “I love these little ranch sticks, good taste, good texture, but they were smaller than expected, each stick lasts maybe 2-3 bites and they're gone.”

The unique collaboration takes place ahead of Super Bowl LVIII on February 11th; The game is the busiest chicken wing consumption day of the year.

Mariah Eckhardt, managing director of Burt's Bees, said “fans responded so enthusiastically” to the Hidden Valley Ranch lip balm April Fools' social media post that bosses decided to make the gag a reality.

In March, Hidden Valley teamed up with Van Leeuwen ice cream for a shocking dressing-flavored treat, and in 2021 it teamed up with another controversial product — Crocs — for a clog that's now reselling online for over $300.
