The influencer replied to some followers where he commented on the decision. In one of the replies, he confirmed that he will not sell the apartment, but that a lot has changed in the building and in his own work team.
“This apartment is still a dream. Everything changes there, armored doors… Unfortunately, my entire team is no longer with me there, a lot has changed. That’s it, a new stage,” said the influencer.

Influencer Carlinhos Maia reported that his apartment in Maceió, Alagoas, was raided and stolen in the early hours of May 29. According to the Civil Police, the images from the building’s surveillance cameras show the criminals in the building’s garage, covered all over, wearing hats, masks and gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.
Her apartment was empty at the time of the theft. Carlinhos Maia was in Aracaju (SE) where he underwent liposuction. Lucas Guimarães was in Cancún, Mexico on a business trip.
According to publications by Carlinhos Maia himself on his Instagram profile, watches, a safe with jewelry and a bag were stolen.
“Last night they broke down the door of my apartment in Maceió. They took watches (including the last one I just bought), they took my safe with my jewelry. The authorities have already been called. Not for the goods, but for the property My home is under attack, help me,” he said.
Plainclothes police said the safe contained the couple’s valuable personal belongings. “A portable safe the size of a box in which he kept precious goods,” Deputy Araújo said.
