Chiefs TE Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s net worth comparison – Pro Football Network

The NFL schedule continues, and while most fans are interested in how their respective teams perform, one of the biggest storylines of the season is actually happening off the field. In case you didn’t know (are you living under a rock?), Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and superstar Taylor Swift are dating.

Their relationship raises a lot of questions, but one of the first tends to focus on their respective assets. Both are already rich and worth millions. But who has the higher net worth, Kelce or Swift?

Taylor Swift Net Worth: How Much Is The Country/Pop Singer Worth?

Despite all her awards and endorsements, is Swift now a billionaire? According to Forbes, her net worth was $740 million as of 2023, and her finances have increased over the past decade.

In 2020, Swift was worth $550 million. Back then, that number rose to $570 million, and now it’s approaching $800 million. She has achieved this by consistently releasing number 1 albums in her music career, which began at the age of 16.

But not long after her relationship with Kelce came into focus, Swift did something few other artists have ever done: she became a billionaire. According to a Bloomberg analysis, thanks to Swift’s incredibly popular Eras tour, Swift’s total net worth currently stands at $1.1 billion.

How much is Travis Kelce’s net worth?

Kelce may be a millionaire, but he earns much, much less than Swift.

The two-time Super Bowl winner has a net worth of $30 million. For his playing, Kelce earns an average annual salary of $14,312,500. For 2023, Kelce has a base salary of $11,250,000.

He still has a four-year contract that pays up to $57.25 million. But given the money he makes as a longtime Pro Bowler and now multiple Super Bowl winner, you might think that Kelce is massively underpaid.

Still, the Chiefs captain said back in June 2023 that he was fine being underpaid.

“My managers and agents love to tell me how underpaid I am,” Kelce said in an interview with Vanity Fair. But he added: “I think the free market looks like fun until you go somewhere and don’t win. “I love winning. I love the situation I’m in.”

It’s obviously clear that he likes this different situation he’s in – one where Swift is in the picture.

And while Swift has a higher net worth, Kelce has seen an increase in social media followers. Kelce now has more than three million followers on his Instagram after he was spotted with Swift after the Chiefs’ game against the Chicago Bears in Week 3.
