For the big announcement, Dua shared an album cover hanging from a silver pole and wearing a racy bodysuit.
Speaking about the track, Dua said: “I've been on a string of bad dates and the last one was the final straw.”
“The next morning I came to Caroline and Tobias in the studio and asked how everything went. I immediately announced, “Training season is over,” and like the best next day debriefs with your friends, we laughed a lot and everything came together quickly from there.
She added: “And while it's obviously about that feeling when you're just tired of telling people… men, in this case specifically, and how to date them properly, it's also about that mine Training season is over and I’m growing with every experience.”
“I've never felt so confident, clear and empowered.” And even though the training season isn't over for any of us, you start to realize how nice it is to find the person to experience it with.
“You stop looking for trainees and are more interested in having someone in the position where you can be and grow with.”
Dua rose to fame with her debut album “Dua Lipa” and her latest album “Future Nostalgia” which nearly surpassed 10 billion streams.
The proud release of the upcoming single comes after her new boyfriend Callum Turner revealed whether he will accompany her to the Grammy Awards next month as he spoke about their relationship on Wednesday.

With One Kiss hitmaker Dua boasting two nominations at this year's Grammys, fans are wondering whether Callum will support her at the star-studded event on February 4.
Pop superstar Dua released the song of the summer with her hit “Dance The Night” from the Barbie blockbuster film.
And the singer, who also starred in the film, is nominated for song of the year for the chart-topper, which reached number one in the British charts in August.
The track is also nominated in the “Best Song Written for Visual Media” category.
But her new love interest Callum confirmed to ET that he won't be attending the awards show as her asset.
The Fantastic Beasts star simply said, “No. I'm not a musician.”
When told that he “danced the night away” with Dua, he replied, “I don't know.”

Earlier this month, Callum and Dua couldn't keep their hands off each other during a romantic dinner date at Sushi Park.
Callum wrapped his arms around Dua, who cupped his face, before leaning in for a lingering kiss.
The Houdini singer made no attempt to hide from onlookers as she frolicked with the actor on a balcony overlooking the street.
Dua previously appeared cozy with her boyfriend as she supported him during a question and answer session for his new series “Masters of the Air.”
It has been claimed that Callum and Dua were spotted getting cozy at a party in Beverly Hills for the new Steven Spielberg series Masters Of The Air.
In footage obtained by TMZ earlier this month, the pop superstar was briefly seen slow dancing with Callum.
“It's new, but they're mad at each other,” an insider now tells Page Six, adding: “She was at the premiere to support him.”
The pair were seen with their faces close together, but it was unclear whether they locked lips during their romantic interlude.
As he was leaving the party, the 6ft tall man was asked if he and Dua were a couple – and instead of denying it, he added fuel to the fire by remaining coy.
Masters Of The Air is set during the Second World War and features an impressive cast including Elvis star Austin Butler and Saltburn heartthrob Barry Keoghan.
Callum is one of the main actors in the series, which is produced by Steven Spielberg and directed by Cary Fukunaga.
Dua is not involved in the series and raises doubts about her participation in the party.
The glitzy affair took place at Avra, an upscale Mediterranean seafood restaurant in the Golden Triangle district of Beverly Hills.
Dua's latest romance comes on the heels of her rumored breakup with her hot French boyfriend Romain Gavras.
Romain is the “Nepo Baby” of Costa-Gavras, the acclaimed Greek-French director of classic left-wing films like Z and State Of Siege.
In December, reports circulated that Dua and Romain had brought the curtain down on their months-long relationship.
“Dua and Romain have gone their separate ways after a summer of love,” an insider informed The Sun. “She has blinders when it comes to her career and the couple ended the relationship before things went wrong.”
The source continued, “Romain viewed Dua as a workaholic, but she has no plans to slow down for anything or anyone.”
Their romance came to light last March when they were seen kissing backstage at the Saint Laurent show during Paris Fashion Week.
Romain, who has directed various music videos including MIA's Bad Girls, previously dated Dua's Albanian-British pop singer Rita Ora.
Meanwhile, Callum was briefly linked to English model Mathilda Lowther, granddaughter of the 7th Earl of Lonsdale, last year.
He previously dated Vanessa Kirby, who gained international fame as Princess Margaret in the first two seasons of The Crown, for four years.
Dua's latest rumored romance comes hot on the heels of her rumored split from her hot French boyfriend Romain Gavras (pictured together in Cannes last May).

They first got together in 2015 after starring in the 2014 romantic drama Queen & Country, a British period piece set against the backdrop of the Korean War and the coronation of Elizabeth II.
In early 2020, rumors spread that Vanessa and Callum had split up because their Chockablock filming schedules had created distance between them.
“Vanessa and Callum are both rising stars in the acting world and have been inundated with offers in recent years. “It's a really exciting time for both of them,” an insider told The Sun in February 2020.
But as their careers took off, their relationship suffered and they gradually separated. It's very sad since they were once so close. But last year they made the difficult decision to go their separate ways, and they both think it's for the best. “It’s all very amicable – it just didn’t work out.”
