The end of your fantasy football season is fast approaching, but now is not the time to neglect waivers.
Some of you will have a chance to win a championship this week, while others will try to avoid finishing last by losing your consolation final.
Here's an option depending on the position on offense to consider when clearing waivers in preparation for the crucial Week 17 of action in the NFL:
Joe Flacco – Quarterback (available in 67% of Yahoo! leagues)
Few observers would have bet that the old Joe Flacco would be so successful when he was drafted by the Cleveland Browns. The veteran took charge of the attack on December 3rd and his team has maintained a 3-1 record since then.
Flacco has rushed for at least 300 yards and multiple touchdowns in his last three games. It won't be easy against the New York Jets' good defense on Thursday night, but the Super Bowl XLVII champions have experienced others.

Khalil Herbert – Running Back (Available in 55% of Yahoo! leagues)
The Chicago Bears athlete had a fantastic performance against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. He accumulated 112 yards and a major on runs and caught one pass for nine yards. Her team will give her the ball this week against the Atlanta Falcons, and she will be right. When healthy, he performs well on a regular basis, having amassed an average of 4.5 yards per carry since hostilities began in 2023.

Demarcus Robinson – Pass Catcher (available in 90% of Yahoo! leagues)
The Los Angeles Rams receiver has scored a touchdown in his last four games! Although Robinson has to share the field with Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp, quarterback Matthew Stafford is increasingly looking at him. The fact that he almost never faces the opponent's best cornerbacks is a big plus. Let's bet the volume will be there against the New York Giants.

Josh Oliver – Tight End (Available in 100% Yahoo! Leagues)
On Tuesday, the Minnesota Vikings announced that TJ Hockenson's 2023 season has ended. This leads to Oliver becoming the club's number 1 tight end. Additionally, several of the Vikings' pass receivers are in poor condition. Quarterback Nick Mullens will therefore have no choice but to frequently turn in the direction of the 26-year-old athlete, who could play his best game of his career next Sunday against the Green Bay Packers.
