Harry Potter’s Robbie Coltrane has died aged 72

The Scot is also known for his work on the 007 franchise as Valentin Zukovsky in the films 007 The World Is Not Enough and 007 Against GoldenEye. In 2006, the actor received an award from Queen Elizabeth II for his contribution to British cinema.

His last acting work was on the series Urban Myths, where he played Orson Welles in two episodes in 2019 and 2020.

According to Deadline, the actor died in a hospital near his home in Larbert, Scotland. Also according to the publication, Coltrane battled health issues for two years.
