Harry Styles says he is “troubled” by his alleged harasser’s actions.
The Watermelon Sugar singer was allegedly harassed by a woman who was accused of causing him serious distress or harm. Myra Carvalho, 35, appeared in a London court on Tuesday where it was heard she had “engaged in conduct – namely harassment – which amounted to stalking and caused serious concern or distress”.
Prosecutors added that his alleged actions had a “significant negative impact” on Harry Styles' “normal daily activities,” according to The Sun. She was remanded in custody and will appear in court again on February 20.
Harry Styles, 29, was reportedly in north London after a holiday with girlfriend Taylor Russell when he was approached by the woman. “Harry was very shaken,” a source told The Sun. “He had spent the beginning of the month in Anguilla with Taylor and James Corden and had a great time. This happened shortly after his return. Harry would like to continue living normally, but he's worried. »
Harry Styles was once the target of a stalker. In 2022, 29-year-old Diana Tarazaga-Orero broke into his house. Since then, the singer has increased his security measures, particularly by hiring a night guard.
