The Secret Service spends a whopping $30,000 a month renting a luxury mansion in Malibu so they can keep a 24-hour watch on Hunter Biden, exclusive images from reveal.

The six-bedroom, Spanish-style ocean-view villa with a pool, tasting room, gym, spa, built-in BBQ and “castle-like tower” is being rented by the President’s bodyguards and is valued at more than $6 million Dollar.

The property is right next to Hunter’s $20,000-a-month rented home where he lives with his wife Melissa, 35, and their baby Beau.

A property listing for the USSS pad describes “picturesque gardens,” a “sunken living room arching around a huge fireplace,” and “hand-carved doors, artisanal tiles, [and] Antique style bar with stained glass inlay’.

The agent described it as “a magical Mediterranean resort style home with sea views”.

It was originally built in 1958 for actress Linda Lavin – star of the 1970s sitcom Alice. “With many outstanding achievements, Linda Lavin has made this home a perfect reflection of her talent,” said the bubbly realtor.

Secret Service agents were spotted Monday patrolling the neighborhood in blacked-out government-numbered cars parked around the two properties and in Hunter’s driveway.

The luxe pad includes poolside fire pits and a hot tub for agents to relax in style during their downtime to keep the 52-year-old safe.

Photos of the property, which Zillow says is worth an estimated $6,057,000, show a tiled kitchen with a wood-paneled ceiling and a foosball table.

Pictures feature arched fireplaces in the en-suite bedrooms and ocean-view bathrooms, as well as a carved wood wet bar.

The six-bed mansion and Hunter’s adjacent rental are located on a private road at the end of a cul-de-sac, high above the Malibu coast of Southern California and overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The owners of the Secret Service rental property are electrical engineer Arya Behzad and civil engineer Maryam Eshghipour, who also own a Bay Area mansion modeled after a Norman castle.

Her 10,000-square-foot Los Altos home has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a foyer, and numerous formal and informal spaces, and is estimated to be worth $9.5 million.

In 2019, before moving to Venice, he lived in a $2.5 million home in the Hollywood Hills. The mid-century three bedroom, three bathroom property had a pool and gated driveway.

Despite his lavish digs, Hunter has come under financial pressure.

According to the New York Times, the president’s son took out a $1 million loan this year to pay his arrears in taxes to cool the heat of a federal investigation into his alleged tax fraud, money laundering and illegal lobbying activities.

The federal investigation is looking into his past dealings with Chinese government-affiliated companies and an allegedly corrupt Ukrainian gas company that made him millions of dollars.

In 2019, the president’s son was sued for unpaid child support for his baby with former employee Lunden Roberts. After initially denying the child was his until DNA evidence proved it, he claimed he didn’t have enough money to pay for it — despite living in a Hollywood home that cost $12,000 a month and one Porsche drove.

When the judge ordered him to produce financial documents, Hunter settled out of court for an alleged $2.5 million.

Secret Service agents had previously cut out their jobs to protect Joe Biden’s wayward son.

Texts from Hunter’s laptop in 2018 reveal that a recently retired senior USSS officer nearly broke open Hunter’s hotel room door to check on him after failing to come out after days of a drug and alcohol binge with hookers.

And that same year, when Hunter’s sister-in-law and former lover Hallie Biden threw his handgun into a convenience store trash can in Wilmington, Delaware, Secret Service agents allegedly intervened in the subsequent police investigation.

Ron Palmieri, owner of StarQuest Shooters, where Hunter bought the gun, said USSS officers showed up at his store and asked him to give them the gun’s sales literature. Palmieri refused, believing the agents would destroy the documents.

Since Joe Biden was no longer vice president, no one in the family was eligible for Secret Service protection at this point.

Biden’s family isn’t the first to land taxpayers with huge bills to protect their families.

The USSS requested an additional $60 million to pay for the protection of Donald Trump and his family during the first year of his presidency, according to agency documents obtained by the Washington Post.

Trump has been criticized for charging the agency to house agents who protect him and his family at Trump hotels and properties around the world, including $650 a night for a room at Trump’s Mar-a Lago Club and $17,000 a month for a cottage at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster in New Jersey.

President Biden also rented his Delaware cottage to agents for $2,200 a month while they protected him, federal records show.

A 2016 trip by the Obama family to Martha’s Vineyard cost the Secret Service $2.7 million, including $2.5 million for hotels and $90,000 for rental cars.
