Don’t worry, he doesn’t want to leave the kitchen since he arrived late. What he has decided to leave behind is his previous life. After graduating from Princeton University with a degree in languages and philosophy, his passion for cooking only exploded when he pursued another career. In fact, after graduating, he moved to Madrid and entered the world of finance. But it’s too monotonous a job for him, so he starts cooking for friends by studying cookbooks until he decides to quit his job.
