Julie Bélanger comes out and admits to being in therapy – World of Stars

Julie Bélanger is an animator loved by Quebecers! In fact, not only have we been guests on the radio for many years, but we can also find him on our televisions! For a few years, she hosted the program Ça fin bien la Semaine with Jean-Michel Anctil. She interviews many Quebec celebrities with her comedian friend, and there’s always a good “show”!

With the current season of It Ends Well the Week just wrapped, Julie officially has more free time to pursue other projects.

It is therefore a pleasure for us to discover his new project, a new documentary series.

This series is titled “Imperfect” and deals with sensitive issues such as depression, therapy, non-motherhood, etc.

This week, Julie Bélanger opened up to 7 jours magazine to talk about her series and many important topics. She spoke openly about what prompted her to seek therapy the first time. Here is what she replied to the question:

“Professional exhaustion. It was in 2008. So 15 years have passed. I organized a girls party and together we return to the benefits of therapy. In the third episode we talk about non-motherhood. My boyfriend, who prefers the shade, has agreed to speak on camera. I found it interesting to hear his point of view as a spouse.”

She also spoke about her gratitude for being able to go to therapy:

“I don’t know what condition I would be in today…I could have my fourth burnout. We all have a toolbox, but eventually we run out of it. It’s time to go to someone who will show us a different perspective on life so we can move on. I’m a big fan of therapy! »

She still enjoys the therapy to this day. She recently did forgiveness therapy.
