The 38-year-old pop star, whose residency was recently attended by Lady Gaga, showed off her legs in a leopard-print slip dress.
She and the 46-year-old Australian actor were affectionate as they walked arm in arm through the Aria Hotel.
Katy bared her arms in the thin-strapped dress, which also featured a plunging scoop neckline that showed off her cleavage.
Meanwhile, Bloom looked equally fashionable in a tan jacket layered over a structured brown top.

Katy, who shares three-year-old daughter Daisy Dove Bloom with Orlando, wore her long raven locks in a voluminous puff style that flowed down her back.
She accessorized with dangling three-tiered bulbous earrings that ranged from small to large.
The larger-than-life entertainer carried her belongings in a small but eye-catching glittery purple handbag.
It was coordinated with her sky-high, two-tone stiletto heels, which were also shimmery and had shades of pink and orange.
The California-born singer’s face was completely made up to highlight her stunning features.
Perry and Bloom subtly showed their love and care for each other by holding hands. The mother of one also once placed her hand on her boyfriend’s shoulder.
As they strolled through the hotel, they ran into singer Usher Raymond – who, like Katy, has a residency in Sin City.
The hitmaker celebrated his 45th birthday on Saturday and he was about to celebrate with his family when he was greeted by the couple.

The longtime couple’s young daughter was missing from the crime scene.
The little girl is Perry’s first child, while Orlando shares 12-year-old son Flynn Christopher Blanchard Copeland Bloom with his ex-wife Miranda Kerr.
The couple began dating in 2016, briefly split in 2017 before rekindling their relationship the following year.
Their engagement in 2019 was followed by the birth of Daisy, whom they welcomed on August 26, 2020.
The singer-songwriter not only runs her shoe collection Katy Perry Collections, but is also a judge on American Idol.
She is also the co-founder of the botanical beverage company De Soi, a sparkling/non-alcoholic beverage.
Her Play Las Vegas residency has been active since 2021 and will come to an end this month.

She added: “And to commemorate the last two years of my waking up in Las Vegas, me and 51 of my tour crew continued the tradition I started after my first Hello Katy tour and got the fitting one [mushroom] Tattoos.’
