At around 10:30 this morning, police intervened at a building on Chemin Royal in Beauport, very close to the bus station.
According to initial information, one person was injured with a knife.
Several police officers and the dog unit were on duty.
The event appears to have occurred in the building at 2901 Chemin Royal. The victim would have found himself outside covered in blood. There were also citizens near the final stop who contacted 9-1-1.
The victim was treated by paramedics for injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.
Three people were arrested in the building, including a woman and two men.
Access to the building is restricted. A security perimeter was set up to protect the crime scene. Investigators and Crime Scene Specialists (SIJ) will arrive on scene soon.
