The singer also appeals to the very serious situation in her area on social media. “I am very concerned for my region, for my family, for all my friends who live there and for my fellow citizens,” the singer wrote on social media.

Laura Pausini posted more photos of the flooded Solarolo and commented on social media: “This is Elisa, my friend and classmate and this is my Solarolo. But today there are so many cities in Emilia Romagna. Many are helping, and many, like me, I would like to help, but I feel powerless because, as is being asked of us, we must rightly leave everything to the police. We need to rebuild, bring hope and homes back to life. We are united even from afar.” Then the singer concludes: “Come on, Romagna, my country. I love you.”
