Alongside the clip, she wrote: “To my co-workers’ mums… I had my ECV procedure a few days ago and it worked!
“Baby is upside down now and I’m so relieved! There’s a small chance they’ll reverse before labor kicks in, but I’m staying positive and hoping for the best!
“I won’t sugarcoat it, it’s not the most comfortable experience, but if you take a deep breath and try to relax, it’s over before you know it. I think it took about 3/4 minutes in total.’

Reassuring other mums-to-be, she added: “You and your baby need to be monitored before and after to make sure everything is okay, so I was there for a couple of hours in total.
“I had also booked a blood test the same day so I was feeling good and really poked and poked lol but it was totally worth it.
“That night and ever since, my stomach has felt quite sore, almost like a punch, but it’s totally bearable.
“So for everyone in the same position, I hope you see this and it helps ease your fears. I was pretty scared beforehand and I’m the biggest baby. So if I can do it, you can do it! ! Now all they have to do is sit and wait until they feel ready to arrive.’
