DNA testing has confirmed human legs found in a refrigerator and a skull removed from a saucepan at a Hong Kong home reportedly belonged to butchered model Abby Choi.
The dismembered body parts of the glamorous 28-year-old influencer were discovered in a house rented by Choi’s former father-in-law in Lung Mei Tsuen village, a person familiar with the matter told the South China Morning Post.
A big hole in the mind is where the married mother-of-four was struck last month in the fatal attack, which officials say took place during a dispute over money.
The search for Choi’s torso and hands continues after more than 100 police officers searched a landfill site but failed to find her.

The chilling revelations come as a seventh person – an unnamed 29-year-old woman – has been arrested in connection with Choi’s brutal murder and mutilation.
The latest suspect was arrested in mainland China, Hong Kong police said on Tuesday. They said the woman allegedly helped an accomplice before escaping.
Last week, Choi’s ex-husband Alex Kwong, his father Kwong Kau and brother Anthony Kwong were charged with murder after the human body parts were discovered in the house recently rented by Kwong Kau.

A pair of female legs were found in the fridge while the skull was fished out of a saucepan. Another cooking pot contained suspected meat.
One of the jars was filled with green radishes, carrots and meat believed to be human flesh floating in liquid covered in a thick layer of fat, Police Superintendent Alan Chung said.
The other pot reportedly contained a human head that had been boiled down to the skull.
An electric saw, meat cutter, hammer, face shields and raincoats, and Choi’s purse were also found at the scene.
Alex Kwong’s mother, Jenny Li, is facing charges of perversion of justice. All four family members were detained without bail pending a hearing in May.

Police also arrested two other people, including a 41-year-old man, who are accused of hiding perpetrators.
Choi, who had appeared on the pages of Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar and had more than 100,000 followers on Instagram, disappeared on February 21, according to a report later filed with police.
She has had tens of millions of dollars in financial disputes with her ex-husband and his family, police previously said, adding that “some people” are unhappy with how Choi is handling their finances.
Less than a week before her grisly death, the model shared her cover photo for luxury fashion magazine L’Officiel Monaco with the caption: “My journey as a style icon continues.”
Choi’s ex-husband Alex Kwong has been charged with murder along with his father and brother.
Investigators believe Choi’s unemployed ex-husband and his family murdered her over a multi-million dollar property in the exclusive Kadoorie Hill enclave of Ho Man Tin.
The South China Morning Post previously reported, citing a police source, that Choi’s former father-in-law was unhappy that the model was planning to sell the house she bought on his behalf.
On the day of her disappearance, Choi’s ex-brother-in-law was supposed to drive her to pick up her daughter from school. But instead, police say, the man knocked her unconscious and took her to the tenement to be slaughtered.
The perpetrators are said to have covered the place with cloth and donned raincoats and face shields to protect themselves from spurting blood.
Choi was reported missing by her second husband, the father of the two youngest of her four children.
Choi was reported missing by her second husband after she failed to return home. Her mutilated remains were found three days later.
The fashionista was a mother to four children, ranging in age from 3 to 10 years.
Her first husband, now facing murder charges, is the father of Choi’s two eldest children, while her second husband, referred to in the local press as Tam Chuk Kwan, fathered the two youngest.

Tam’s family owns a successful chain of noodle shops in Hong Kong and China.
Choi’s brutal murder shocked Hong Kong, where violent crime is rare.
