– Turkey, Bulgaria and Romania, three countries bordering the Black Sea and the conflict in Ukraine, must sign an agreement on clearing water mines in Istanbul this Thursday, their officials announced.
– According to AFP, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived on Wednesday morning in Lithuania, one of the countries with Kiev's most ardent supporters. The latter again assessed from Vilnius that Western hesitations in aid deliveries to Kiev encouraged Vladimir Putin, who wanted to “occupy” the entire territory of Ukraine. The Russian leader will not stop until Ukraine and its allies “put an end to him,” Volodymyr Zelensky warned.
– Nearly a hundred children have been evacuated from the Russian city of Belgorod on the border with Ukraine, the leader of that region, which is regularly attacked by Ukrainian forces, announced Wednesday.
– At a meeting in Brussels on Wednesday, NATO countries reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening Ukraine's defenses.
