Lviv, Rain of Rockets on City: Devastating Attack as Aid Arrives

It is the day of the evacuation from the Azovstal steelworks in Mariupol, on which, thanks to the temporary ceasefire, the wounded fighters leave the foundry tunnels where they were barricaded for weeks under Russian siege. But while there is a ceasefire in Lemberg, the situation in western Ukraine is becoming extremely dangerous due to the hail of bombs.

The Russian missile attack on Lviv, about 70 km from the border with Poland. Mayor Andriy Sadovy urges all residents to take cover: “Thank you to those who protect our skies. In the morning we will give more detailed information. Take care of yourself and don’t ignore the anti-aircraft alerts,” he told his fellow citizens in a message circulated on social networks. It is the most massive attack since the beginning of the war in Ukraine.
