Microsoft will force the update to version 23H2

Microsoft says it will roll out the Windows 11 23H2 update to all compatible PCs that are still running version 21H2 or 22H2, even if you don't want to switch.

We will continue to train our intelligent ML model to gradually roll out this new version of Windows safely and enable a seamless update experience.”
